Objectifs |
This master’s degree aims to train students in several fundamental and complementary aspects of business administration: - Strategic management and corporate governance; - Strategic marketing; - Human resource management; - Advanced accounting and finance; - the choice of investments - Entrepreneurship and project management; - Modern languages; - power skills - Business ethics - business law - New communication technologies and decision support tools: digitalisation, artificial intelligence, data analysis; This degree also aims to enable students to learn and master new management methods allowing them to make an effective marketing, commercial, financial and accounting decision and to manage their career well. Finally, this master’s degree aims to prepare the best students to pursue their doctoral studies. This MBA aims also : - Develops students’ ability to effectively analyze context, apply principles and concepts to real problems and opportunities, and synthesize solutions on their own or in small groups. Allows students to continue to acquire new knowledge and build relationships in an ever-changing global business environment. - To develop business and entrepreneurial aptitude among the students. - To provide knowledge and requisite skills in different areas of management like human resource, finance, operations and marketing to give a holistic understanding of a business system. - To equip the students with knowledge related to qualitative and quantitative techniques for critical thinking and problem solving. - To develop IT skills in the areas of information search, word processing, office management softwares, and presentation software needed to excel in business. Diplômes requis : Licence (parcours d'excellence), Licence, Bac + 4 ans, Diplôme du Cycle Supérieur de l'Institut Supérieur International de Tourisme de Tanger, Licence des études fondamentales, Licence en éducation, Ancien Licence en sciences et techniques, Licence ISCAE, Licence professionnelle, Tout diplôme équivalent Prérequis pédagogiques spécifiques : - All these specialities and diplomas, mentioned above, must come from establishments belonging to Moroccan or foreign universities: law faculty, multidisciplinary faculties, national schools of business and management, higher schools of technology, Higher Institute of Trade and Business Administration, National Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics, Higher School of Information, Higher Institute of Information and Communication or any other higher public or private institution recognized and authorized by the State to deliver diplomas fulfilling the criteria of access to the master of Business Administration - Students holding a diploma from a foreign institution must have an equivalence issued by the ministry in charge before applying for the master's degree in Business Administration. Procédures de sélection : Examination of the file To apply and be eligible for the written test, students with a bachelor's degree or a recognized equivalent diploma (see required diplomas) must meet the following conditions : - Have a minimum grade point average of 12/20 in the bachelor's program - Have an excellent level of English language Written test Pre-selected students must take a written test in General Culture and specialised subjects in English Oral test Students who have passed the written test must take an oral interview in front of the master's pedagogical committee |
